Description

The Scottie Sweater is an oversized, top-down sweater offered in ten adult sizes.

It is knit seamlessly in one piece from the top down, featuring yoke increases and short rows at the upper back to gently raise the neckline for a more comfortable fit.

The pattern includes long floats, so I recommend using the Ladderback Jacquard technique for better tension management.

The sweater is knit with mostly two colors at a time, making it easier to knit. Additional colors can be added later using the duplicate stitch technique.

Designed for a relaxed silhouette, this sweater includes 30–60 cm (12–24″) of positive ease at the chest.
