I LOVE the feeling of putting on a new summertop!
And his textured summer-top features 3 stitch-patterns that I just LOVE working together.
I have used them earlier in the following designs:
https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/scrap-book-blanket
https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/scrap-book-cardigan
https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/scrapbook-cardig...

I simply wanted to work them together one more time:)
The pattern is tested and proof-read.
(List of testers at the bottom of the notes).

Design and construction
The top is worked bottom up and seamlessly.
The top is worked combining 3 different stitch-patterns: the honey-comb, the broderie Anglaise and the dandelion sts, which gives lots of beautiful textures.
The neckline and armhole openings are designed to be flattering as well as giving enough cover.
The top is worked bottom-up and in the round to the underarms, where work is divided and the upper back and front are worked flat in separate pieces.
The armhole and neck-edges are worked in rib-pattern from picked-up sts.

Sizes
Finished chest-measurements, after washing/blocking and worked at gauge:
31.5/34/36/38/40/42.5/45/47/49.5/51.5/54”.

Materials
Yarn: I recommend that you use a fingering weight yarn with great stitch-definition. I used “Uncommon Everyday” from the Uncommon Thread to work my top. This yarn comes in skeins of 402 m/440 yards. Of this specific yarn you will need 660/700/750/800/850/900/960/1020/1080/1140/1200 m = 720/765/820/875/930/985/1050/1115/1180/1250/1320 yards to work the top.
Needles Size 3 mm/US2.5, or size to obtain gauge.

Gauge
28 sts in the stitch-patterns = 10 cm/4”.
(This would be approximately the same gauge in stockinette sts).

The pattern
The pattern is tested by a group of skillful and talented testers.
The stitch-patterns are written out round-by-round.
There is a schematic.
All measurements are given in cm’s as well as in inches.

Skill level
Intermediate.

A huge thank you to my lovely and talented group of testers:
