Scrap shawl is a semi circular shawl knit top-down from the center neck. It is made with approximately 100g of sock weight yarn scraps leftover from sock knitting projects. The minimum weight of any one yarn used in the sample was about 5g. Edged with a 3-stitch garter, the shawl ends with 6 rows of garter border at the bottom.

Requires:
100g sock weight yarn. Gauge is unimportant. The resulting fabric should be soft and drapey.
Knitting needle – 29” Circular – 4.5mm/US size 7.
