The Scrappy Ski Socks are a fun way to use up leftover sock yarn that is too pretty to let go of… but not quite enough to make a whole pair of vanilla socks.

The motifs are simple and easy to memorize, and just engaging enough to keep you interested.

Knit from the cuff down with a short row heel.

Sample 1 (black orange and beige) is knit in 3 colors of Drops Nord yarn

Sample 2 uses various amounts of unlabeled left over fingering weight sock yarns

Materials:

  • Small circumference knitting needle in 2.5mm or size required to meet gauge
  • Smaller needles for ribbing and heels
  • 100g of fingering weight sock yarn total in 3 or more colors of your choice.
  • 2 stitch markers
  • Tapestry needle
