Materials:

Any type of yarn can be used for this project. My example uses #4 size yarn in assorted brands. I give a lot of details in my pattern on how to choose the proper yarn and hooks to make this project.

There is no yardage listed for this pattern as it is a scrap yarn project and I have pulled dozens of ugly skeins and partially used skeins to make this tote basket. You will also find a pattern for a set of round nesting baskets that was made in conjunction with this oval basket.
