This is a pattern for one cotton dishcloth or face cloth. It uses only Knit and Purl stitches, and is knitted flat. Instructions are written out and charted. Using the prescribed yarn weight and needle size produces a denser fabric that wears well. This pattern is named for Scurry County located in the Rolling Plains region of the State of Texas.
