Errata reported June 6th:
Next round K1, pm, work Round 1 of Chart A, pm, knit to end of row - 70(76) stitches. Continue as established, working Chart A between markers and stockinette stitch on sole of sock through Round 8 of Chart.Next round P1, work Round 9 of Chart between markers

In row 47 of chart A, there are two yo increases - one on either side of the shell. And yes, you do go from 4 knit sts on either side of the shell in row 46 to 6 knit sts on either side of the shell in row 48. Those extra stitches come from the yo increases, from using only 3 sts in the shell in row 47, and from having one less purl st to the left of the shell. So, between cable A and cable B, the central section of row 47 reads like this: p1, k5, yo, p3, 1/2LPC, p3, yo, k5, p1.
