The Sea Glass Stole is a simple yet elegant cover up, perfect for wearing over open shoulders during cold nights. The Sea Glass Stole features a long, thin diamond shape with two increasing panels of garter stitch surrounding a middle and beaded, stockinette panel. The stole is constructed from tip to tip, and is vastly rewarding once you begin to decrease and pick up speed as you finish your project. The perfect pattern for your first-time using beads in knitting!

This design is a wonderful blank canvas for experimenting with all sorts of color and bead combos.

The design utilizes approximately 115g of size 6/0 seed beads, available from Capital City Beads.

A strong, nylon based sock weight yarn is recommended. Sample shown here in 200g of La Bien Aimee’s Merino Super Sock base in the colourway ‘Sea Glass’.
