A generous triangular lace cowl that can be whipped up in no time. Begin at the point of the triangle and work up to the neck. Split for the neck and simply work straight in pattern, then seam closed at the back.

The pattern includes full written AND fully charted directions.

The finished cowl has a 18”/ 45.5cm neck opening and the triangle at front is approximately 19”/ 48 cm deep; each side is each 91⁄4”/ 23.5cm wide.

Materials:
2 skeins Polka Dot Sheep Big Sky Bulky, 100% Superwash Merino, 106y/ 97m; 100g/ 3.5oz. Samples shown in Crystal Park and Pebble.

Tools:
US 11 (8mm) needles or needle size to obtain gauge; scrap yarn or spare needle; tapestry needle.

Gauge:
One repeat of Bordered Sea Laurel Lace (31 sts/10 rows) measures 91⁄4”/ 23.5cm wide X 21⁄4”/ 5.5cm tall, blocked.
