The earth’s seas wrap around the planet in an endless ocean that has no beginning and no end. The waves of the seas continuously ripple up and down for every second of every day. Kindness should always be a high priority in our lives, where kindness has no end and where we practice kindness during every second of every day.

The Sea of Kindness infinity scarf is crocheted in a long strip and then the ends are joined with an easy whip stitch. This way, it’s easier to crochet, and also lets you decide on the perfect length for you. You have the option to make the infinity scarf as written, or vary the length for a longer drape, or leave off some of the eight-row repeats and make a cowl.

The easy and fun stitch pattern adds loads of texture to the scarf with picots on both edges.

The scarf is a true one skein project and is crocheted with one skein of fingering or sock weight yarn of at least 430 yards. The Sea of Kindness scarf is fun to crochet and has a sophisticated and easy stitch pattern, almost looking like it is knitted. And, since it is a one skein project, the Sea of Kindness scarf is a great gifting project!

Tutorial included for these stitches: double crochet three together, front post double crochet, puff stitch
