Diese Anleitung ist sowohl auf Englisch als auch auf Deutsch erhältlich.
This pattern is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch.

This elegant Seahorse is available in two different body options - smooth and ridged! The effect is amigurumi-like, though there are some distinct techniques used that are not used in single crochet-only amigurumi. The gauge is not crucial to the pattern as long as the stitches are tight enough to hold stuffing. This is a beautiful soft-sculpture pattern with many photos in a detailed written instruction pattern!

This Pattern consists of ONE PDF File, but the last 15 pages are Text-Only instructions.

This pattern is a total of 92 pages containing a full set of written instructions with photographic illustrations, and diagrams. There is also a full set of printer-friendly, text-only instructions, but I strongly recommend you still refer to the photographic illustrations throughout the pattern if you have any questions.

SUPPLY LIST
Yarn (Exact amounts listed in pattern)
One pair of safety eyes: 15-18mm recommended for worsted weight yarn
G Hook (4mm)
D Hook (3.25mm)
Polyfil Stuffing
Darning Needle
Scissors
OPTIONAL: Two 18 Inch, paper wrapped, 18g floral wires (available at craft stores or on-line). The wire needs to be stiff and strong enough to hold the seahorse body upright if the tail is to be wrapped around a prop. Alternatively you can skip the wire all together, but to have the distinctive spiral seahorse tail, you can leave an extremely long tail to start when you first make the body, keep it oriented to the inside of the body, and then, at the point when you would insert the wire, you can pull the yarn tail tight, turning the tail into a spiral shape from inside the Seahorse tail and anchor it by knotting it inside the body work.
OPTIONAL Duct Tape
