This baby and toddler wrap is knitted using the seamless neck down raglan technique. It is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced knitters and especially for those who hate seaming their knitting!

Sizing is 0-6, 6-12 and 12-24 months, but there is lots of advice in the pattern on changing sizes and yarn weights, so it would be suitable for making in larger sizes with minimal alterations. A range of closure options are also included.

The gauge and needle size is suitable for either 10ply/aran weights or 4ply/fingering weights held double - simply double the meterage requirements if using the lighter yarn.

The pattern also contains finished garment sizes.

The samples shown here are:
Donkey and beige stripe - 0-6 month size on large 7 month old model. Yarn used is Pear Tree 4 ply merino held double (157gms used).

Willow with indigo sleeves and collar - 12-24 month size. Yarn used is Cleckheaton 5ply crepe machine washable wool held double (305gms used).
