The #SeashellSocks are worked toe-up in the round using basic knitting techniques. The toe is made using Judy’s magic cast-on method, the heel is shaped using a forethought heel, the upper part of the foot and the whole leg is ribbed (2:2).

Note on sizing: the socks have a negative ease of 1-2 cm, to prevent them falling off your calf/ankle. If in doubt, compare the final sock circumference with a cozy sock you own.
The length is variable, and can be changed in every part of the pattern where the ^ symbol is found.
If you cannot measure the receiver’s foot, in the pattern there are the standard circumferences based on shoe size.
