Seashell Tote Bag
The hottest crochet trend this summer has definitely been these ammonite seashell handbags! I wanted to give my spin on the design and make it into a tote bag- since you could never go wrong with a good tote! This bag works up quickly using a little over one skein of super bulky yarn, has a surprising amount of storage space, and is an eye-catcher for sure! Win, win, win!!!
Skill Level: Beginner friendly
Materials:
- 2 skeins Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick yarn in color Hudson Bay (or any other super bulky weight 6 yarn)
- Size 6mm crochet hook
- Sewing needle
- Scissors
- Stitch markers
Gauge: 11 stitches x 6 rows = 4” in dc with size 6mm hook
Yarn Usage: Used a total of 164 g / 101.68 yd (a little more than 1 skein which is 140 g / 87 yd)
