Seashells is worked from the top down flat and in the rnd. It features an intuitive, straightforward construction to enhance the textured ribbed pattern of the fabric and the decorative crochet edges at the neckline and armholes. This design is inspired by happy sunny days at the beach and combines the vibrant colour of the sun with sea creatures (intricate details of the Plaited Rib pattern and scalloped crochet edge).

CONSTRUCTION
This top is worked top down. Straps and panels are knitted flat with cables being worked on both RS and WS, then joined to work the body in the round. A Provisional Cast-On is used at the shoulders for the straps. Increases are worked to shape the front and back panels which are identical. Then stitches are cast on for underarms and v-neck before lengthening the body. Bind-Off is made with the Lace Bind-Off Method. V-neck and armholes are finished with a neat crochet border.
