The Seasons Mitts were designed to compliment the Seasons Beanie, so that you can create beautiful sets!
This pattern is written for Super Bulky, Light Super Bulky, and Bulky weights.
It includes written instructions as well as some helpful photo and video tutorials.
These mittens are knit with DPN needles, but can also use the magic loop method if that is what you are most comfortable with.

Materials:
Yarn: Super Bulky- 80 yds (Malabrigo Yarn Rasta and Honey & Clover Fiber Co Super Bulky were used for this pattern), Light Super Bulky (LSB)- 90-95 yds (Malabrigo Noventa was used for this pattern), Bulky- 85 yds (Malabrigo Chunky was used for this pattern)
DPNS: Super Bulky-10.5/ 6.5mm and US size 11/ 8mm, LSB- 9/ 5.5 mm or 10/ 6mm, and 10.5/ 6.5 mm, Bulky- 10/ 6mm, and 10.5/ 6.5 mm (Circular needles using the magic loop method can also be used if that’s what you prefer.)
Tapestry needle, Measuring tape, Scissors
8” of scrap yarn (of different color) for gusset. This will be removed when the thumb is worked up.
Gauge:
Super Bulky: 4x4”/ 10 x 10 cm = 11 stitches x 16 rows in stockinette (Rasta size 11/ 8 mm)
Light Super Bulky: 4x4”/ 10 x 10 cm = 12 stitches x 18 rows in stockinette (Noventa size 10.5 /6.5 mm)
Bulky: 4x4”/ 10 x 10 cm = 14 stitches x 20 rows in stockinette (Chunky size 10.5/ 6.5 mm)
