I designed the See Saw Cowl to be on the larger size. Being the bigger girl that I am, I decided there were not enough for us curvy girls.
This is a relatively easy pattern, Using knit, purl, and yarn overs.
The provisional cast on and Kitchener stitch close will give a seamless look to the cowl. I have provided links to both techniques in the pattern.

Materials needed
2 Skeins of Malabrigo Rios 210yds / 198m
Size 7 us / 4.5mm needles 24in cord
Size H crochet hook
Scrap smooth worsted yarn
3 Stitch markers

Gauge is 17/24 over four inches blocked
Final measurements 11.5 inches wide by 30 inches long.
You want to be aggressive with the blocking to open up the yarn overs.
I seamed mine first then blocked, but I leave that choice up to you.
