The Seedling Tee, easy to wear, and pair, that fits you just right. A project to be proud of, that makes you feel GOOD in it. A nice everyday V-neck set-in sleeve tee, the seed stitch trim giving it just a little bit of something extra. Pairs well with shorts, jeans, skirts, and as a layering piece under a cardigan.

Construction:
Knit in DK weight from the top down, with a contiguous neckline and a short row sleeve cap for minimal finishing. Pattern features 4 body shaping options, and optional horizontal bust dart shaping so you get the fit that you want.

Sizing:
The tee is meant to be worn with 0” / 0 cm of positive ease at the bust, so choose the size that has a finished bust measurement closest to your actual bust measurement.

See schematics and size chart in photos for detailed measurements.

To combat the additional costs fat knitters face, I’ve added a coupon code for knitters who are often excluded from pattern sizing. For knitters who typically knit size 6-9, all my garment patterns are 20% off with the coupon code ANTIFATTAX.

Gauge:
21 stitches and 31 rows in 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch on (Larger) needles, after blocking.

Needles:
(Larger) US 4 / 3.5 mm circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge after blocking.

(Smaller) US 2.5 / 3.0 mm circular needles for the seed stitch hem and cuffs, or 2 sizes smaller than needle required to obtain gauge.

A few stitch markers (including some removable ones), darning needle, scissors, tape measure.

Waste yarn for putting sts on hold to block.

Yarn:
Onion knit Organic Cotton 4, 5, 5, (6, 6, 6) {7, 7, 8} skeins (170 yards / 155 meters per 50 g), 100% cotton.

OR 602, 693, 768, (851, 928, 1017) {1094, 1173, 1250} yards / 550, 634, 702, (777, 847, 929) {999, 1072, 1142} meters of a comparable DK weight yarn.
