Since January 2020, the state of Oregon has stopped using single use plastic bags in grocery stores. In anticipation of this change I decided to design market bags for my shop patterns this year. Now you don’t have to have boring bags when you go to the store. You can knit up this fun trendy bag

Difficulty Level: advanced beginner

Yarn: 2 Skeins of DK weight cotton yarn in contrasting colors, sample used Kid Cotton by Euro Yarns

Needle: US size 5 32” to do magic loop or 16”circular needles and DPNs (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Gauge: 20 sts to 4” and 24 sts to 4” of rows in stockinette stitch
