The Seidr Cabled Wrist Cuffs are designed to fit over the snug cuffs of a sweater or long sleeved t-shirt. The upper band should be a bit loose. The advantage of cuffs over fingerless gloves is that you can slide them up your arms when you wash your hands, rather than having to remove them. You may also find that you have more dexterity for knitting without the thumb. The cables are simple and easy to remember, and yet elegant!

Matching hood and headband patterns are also available. This pattern includes both charted and written instructions for the cabled band and written instructions for the cabled edging. Sizing and gauge are flexible.

You have the choice of either seaming or using a provisional cast on and grafting for the cabled band, with instructions for grafting the cable.
