The Selah Cable Beanie was created out of a need for mindfulness: a pattern with simple elements of seed stitch combined with cables to keep from being boring while working it up.

Selah is Hebrew for “to pause and reflect; to praise.”

Philipians 4:8 says, “Finally, brothers & sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
