This pattern can be found in issue 6 of Laine Magazine.

This elegant open front cardigan is worked from the top down in regular top-down raglan fashion. Lace panels are worked at each raglan ‘seam’. After the sleeves are separated, the body is worked with gentle increases at the side seams on either side of the continuous lace panels. The sleeve stitches are placed back on the needles and the 3/4 length sleeves are worked top down with minimal shaping. Both hem and cuffs are completed with simple 2x2 ribbing. Finally, the collar is picked up and also finished with 2x2 ribbing.
