Senda Sweater

Senda means path or trail in the 4th national language of Switzerland - the Rumantsch.
I have chosen this name because 3 long-distance hiking trails lead through our high valley in the center of the Swiss Alps. On all these trails you will find markings in the form of rhombuses, stripes or arrows, which will show you the way and it is wise to have a warm sweater with you…..

This sweater is easy to knit with not more than 2 strands at a time.

Gauge: 17 stitches = 10 cm with needle N° 4.5 (US 7)

Approx. amount of yarn needed: (S), M, (L), XL

basic: (450g) 500g (500g) 550g
col. 1: (100g) 100g (150g) 150g
col. 2: 100g all sizes

Measurements:

Round Chest approx: (95) 102 (110) 116 cm
Sleeves approx: (45) 46 (47) 48 cm

Alternative: Drops Nepal, Vidde (Lammeullgarn) or Varde (Pelsullgarn) from Hillesvåg Norway.

Don’t forget to recalculate the amount of yarn needed, when choosing other yarn than Léttlopi.
You can use any yarn as long as it matches the gauge.

Knitted in the round - bottom to top
- with a yoke
