A knitted cowl with just a bit of lace in deliciously soft yarns a blend of super wash merino, cashmere and silk called “Serenity Silk Single” by Zen Garden.

Colors are 60 yards of Black Pearl and 30 yards each of the following:
Arctic, Rustic Wine, Tuxedo, Black Mousse and Truffle.

Simple lace work, decreasing and stockinette stitch is all that is required so even beginners may try their hand at this project.

The gauge: 17 stitches and 24 rows in 4” on a size 6 (4mm) 29” long circular needle.

If you are not knitting with the yarn suggested use a fingering yarn in seven colors in the above mentioned yardages.
