Yarn Brown Sheep Serendipity Tweed (60% cotton, 40% wool; 210 yd 192 m/3 1/2 oz 100 g): #ST04 yellow buttercup, 4 (5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins.

Needles Size 4 (3.5 mm): 32” circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); cable needle (cn); stitch holders; one 3/4” button; size F/5 (3.75 mm) crochet hook; tapestry needle.

The Serendipity Tee is worked back and forth in one piece from the top down for the depth of the keyhole, 2½“ (6.5 cm), then joined in the round for the completion of the piece. A cable pattern gives the yoke a girlish, smocked appearance.
