Light and minimal triangle shawl. The centre triangle is first knitted bottom up in garter stitch, after which the yarn over loops are picked up for the top down lace border.

For extra oomph, you can knit the lace border with contrast colour.

YARN
Approximately 275 m / 301 yds of Knitlob’s Lair Ilmatar or similar (heavy lace to light fingering weight) yarn.

Size 4 mm / US 6 needles or size to obtain pattern gauge
