Summer breeze in your hair, sun setting in the horizon, wearing a relaxed knitted tee. Can you imagine anything better? This pattern walks you through an interesting construction and you’ll be rewarded with a flattering tee.

Setting Sun is a relaxed tee with a simple lace panel running down the front. The tee is worked seamlessly top down with drop-shoulder construction and a rounded neckline. There is a bit of shaping to lower the back neck as well.

The sweater is cast on from the shoulders and the top is worked flat until joining in the round at the underarms. The short sleeves are shaped directly from the upper body, with rapid decreases on the underarms to shape the sleeves and get down to the desired body circumference. The body is slightly cropped, but easy to lengthen. The English pattern includes both charted and written instructions for the front panel, Finnish is only charted.
