These fabulous Shabby Chic Eggs are perfect for an Easter Egg Hunt or as a Pin Cushion. Knit in the round on 4 x 4mm (UK8-USA6) Double Pointed Knitting Needles. Using the tiniest amount of yarn for each egg. Approx 5 grams of yarn per colour (5 colours per egg) We used a Polystyrene egg, purchased from the local craft store to fill the interior, although Polyester Toy filling would make a good alternative. The pattern is written and each egg has it’s own colour chart….There’s also an empty chart included with the pattern so you can design your own Easter Eggs using the pattern as a guide.
