Shadow is a very simple shawl pattern aimed at the beginner or near beginner. It explores the triangular shape with its simple shaping and is worked top down. There are several different textures in this design - garter stitch, stocking stitch and and a double rib. This pattern is also easy to adapt if you want to add your own little flourish - maybe two colours or the addition of tassels on the corners. You can also knit this shawl larger or smaller if you desire.
