This is my second mosaic knitting pattern and is really effective. Easy to knit with 1 colour per round, no stretching yarns with all the associated holes, or ruches, perfect for the beginner & oh so effective.
I used black & wendy Aurora which is discontinued sadly, but, King cole makes some lovely self striping yarn – riot is fab

50g variegated doubleknit
4mm round needles, or, set of double pointed needles
