I just loved wearing Shall We Dance? Tee and I wanted to have a winter version. I thought it should be beautiful to have a fluffy and warm version with a different neck and, obviously long sleeves. I don’t wear cropped sweater in winter, so I knitted a classic sweater. You can choose the lenght you prefer. As in Shall We dance? Tee you can change the stitch pattern for the yoke and have many different versions: it’s very easy to do!

This circular yoke sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down. It features a folded neck and then you shape the back with some German Short Rows, then comes the fun part: working the yoke. After the yoke is finished, sleeves and body are divided and the body is worked in the round in stockinette stitch to the hem. Then sleeves stitches are picked up on the needles and worked to the cuff. Few rounds in a simple stitch pattern and the ribbing adds the final touches. The final garment is designed to be worn with 5-10 cm / 2-4” positive ease.
