Want to knit your Shark Bite 3-D socks exactly like the ones in the picture, but your afraid that you’ll get bitten if you go (stash) diving? Jimmy Beans Wool has exclusive kit’s available online that include yarn from Lorna’s Laces and a pattern coupon for $1.00 off that can be used on Shark Bite 3-D or one of my other non club sock patterns. Join me in the Jimmy Beans Wool Group for a Shark Week/Shark Bite 3-D KAL beginning on July 22.

Shark Bite 3-D was created in conjunction with Jimmy Beans Wool and Lorna’s Laces Yarn and is a continuation of my Jaws inspired pattern series. I’ve had a lot of requests from knitters for a non-colorwork shark design and had a blast designing these! Instructions are included in written and charted format.

Textured and full of bite, this easy to knit design works well in lightly speckled, semi solid and solid colors. The sample socks shown are worked up in Lorna’s Laces Shepherds Sock Great White (main color) and Froth (cuff, heel and toe).

I hope that you enjoy knitting these socks as much as I enjoyed designing them!

A special thank you to Margi and Michelle for test knitting.
