With this pattern, YOU will be able MAKE your own tortoise cozy! :)

You will need yarn in 1 or 2 colors. I use acrylic craft yarn or similar. I usually use a 5.00mm (USH8) hook.

This pattern is easy to vary for the size of your tortoise.

Please note that this pattern is intended for personal use, or for you to make to give as a gift to a friend. You may not sell the cozy, and you may not copy or distribute the file or a print-out. If you would like to make cozies to sell for charity, please ask my permission first.

Tortoise cozies are intended to be a ‘for fun’ item and do not replace a heat source. Please use common sense, always supervise your tortoise while using a cozy, and never place the cozy near a heat source.
