This pattern is Advanced Beginner level and can easily be completed in a few hours. My patterns are written in English, in American crochet terms. Techniques used in my patterns include sc, hdc, dc, sl st, increasing and decreasing, crocheting in the round and in rows, making a magic circle, whip stitch, changing colors, French knot, and more.

Supplies needed:
Worsted weight acrylic yarn in colors of your choice. I used heather gray, red, white and black. (less than 200 yds ea). This is a great stash-buster, the yardage is very minimal. Yarn recommendations are in pattern.

G6/ 4.25mm crochet hook (gauge not important)
Blunt tipped yarn needle
Scissors

This tested pattern is 11 pages long and includes color photos with detailed instructions on crocheting your puppet and putting it together. It is sized for kids- adult, so that the puppet grows with the child, or so that a parent, caregiver, or therapist can get in on the fun.
