My newest book, KNITTING MODULAR, is all about combining simple wedges to create beautiful shawls. Using a plug and play concept, knitters can mix and match gazillions of design elements to create truly one-of-a-kind masterpieces!

Of course, it always helps to see a few examples when learning a new technique, so I’ve created 20 sample shawls to show you exactly how easy and fun it is to create your own beautiful shawl patterns using my “modular” shawl construction method. Each recipe consists of seven steps showing which components were combined to create the shawl. Have fun with these, and then create your own gorgeous shawls by coming up with your own recipes!

I look forward to seeing your finished projects here on Ravelry!
