Super comfy shawl collar cardigan with peplum and button closure. Perfect for the office or for leisure. Together with the subtle eyelet edgings, the peplum transforms this hand knit jacket into more than just a humdrum cardigan. The peplum gently slopes away below the waist to create a slenderizing effect.

The crisply folding front edges are faced for an immaculate finish. The two buttons provide a classy closure. Back neck shaping insures that shoulder seams do not slip to the backside or hike up the front edge.

Knit gauge in Stockinette Stitch is 5 stitches and 7 rows per inch on Size 7 US needles, a fairly standard worsted weight gauge.

Required Yardage: 1144 1194, 1355, 1536, 1689, 1893, 2103, 2332 yds of any worsted weight yarn or combination of finer yarns which produce gauge.
