Do you ever have this problem? When you wear your shawl without holding it, the both ends keep sliding off your shoulder? I have this problem. So I designed these shawl style cowls. It looks like you are wearing a shawl, but it will stay tight around your neck and always look pretty. I design these cowls in a simple pattern for both man and woman. For one pattern price you will get both and It is really easy and fun to work with.

These cowl are worked in two parts. The handkerchief part is worked from the top down as a triangular shawl. Then you pick up stitches along the top edge and work the cowl part from bottom up in the round.
Man’s cowl is worked with Rowan Cocoon yarn total 3 skeins.
