This pretty lace cowl makes the most of a single 50g ball of angora*-lambswool blend, whipped up just in time for last-minute gift-giving. Perfect for when you’re running high on stash and low on time.

The hollow nature of angora gives this cowl exceptional softness, lightness, and drape, and makes it an extremely warm accessory for a chilly winter’s day. A mohair or alpaca blend would provide a similar halo, but add a bit of weight.

*Please choose your angora yarn carefully. Some sources are more ethical than others.

Pattern includes both charted and written instructions.
