The inspiration for the Shell Socks came from the sand color of the yarn used for the sample, with a beautiful lace pattern by Hitomi Shida. These socks are knitted cuff down to the toe, with a lace pattern on both sides of the leg and on the instep of the foot. The instructions for the lace pattern are charted and written.

Video tutorial links are included.
