I designed this gorgeous scarf with asymmetrical, alternating shells for a lovely focal point. Hang around your neck in a single loop to wear as an infinity scarf, or twist into a double loop to wear as a cozier cowl. Either way you choose to wear it, it’s a wonderful scarf to wear on a chilly autumn day.

This design is a fun pattern that works up quickly with only two basic crochet stitches, so you can make one for yourself and a few more for gifts.

What I used to make this scarf (make substitutions as needed or desired)…

  • Yarn: 1 skein of Shimmer by Red Heart – medium (4); 3.5oz/100g; 280yd/256m
  • Color: Lime
  • Crochet hook: size J (6mm)
