A sweet little white flower you may fing growing on the Shetland Islands - the Shetland Mouse-Ear! It is the inspiration for this earthy Fair Isle jumper.

This is a pattern for a sweater with set in sleeves worked from the top down. There are colourwork charts for the front and back and sleeve detail (Please, check the table of contents on page 2 of the pattern; print what you need). You will have to work some colourwork flat.

This pullover is worked beginning at the back neck with a provisional CO and German Short Row shaping. Each front is worked separately until underarm shaping is complete. Then the piece is joined and worked in the round. Sleeve sts are picked up and the cap is worked with German Short Rows and then joined to work in the round. Finally, the collar sts are picked up, worked, and BO.
