This vest shows off wool’s unique shape-holding ability with front panels populated by bubbles that are pressed into the wool using marbles.

The wool shaping technique—sometimes called “shibori” after the Japanese dyeing technique that twists fabrics into different shapes—adds a playful texture to the rugged Icelandic wool that creates the front panels of the vest. The laced sides add another interesting feature to this flowing, easy-to-wear vest.

Front of vest is made in lace-weight yarn. Sides and back are in sport weight.
