I originally posted this on the project page here in Ravelry and I’ve had a few people tell me that they’ve knit it. I decided to write it up for this reason; it’s the first pattern that I’ve written up.

Just under 2 skeins of the main colour and a few yards of the contrasting make this a great stash buster. The gauge on this is tight to prevent the wind from whistling through on a blustery day.

This cowl was designed to match a hat I created for my Mum the previous year.
