The main pattern is double crochet, a pattern on the sleeves. The scheme is the author’s.

First, you crochet a sample from your yarn, then calculate the density, all the formulas are provided in the pattern, then dial the number of stitches you need and crochet repeating all my steps.

Then you can use these formulas to create your own pattern with a different pattern.

Recommendations for choosing yarn:
100% cotton, or semi-cotton, bamboo and cotton yarns, generally all lightweight summer yarns will do.
Approximately 400-600m per 100g.
Choose a hook for the yarn, from about 1.5 mm to 2-2.25 mm
I crocheted with 1200m/100g bobbin yarn in 3 strands, hook 1.75mm: 50% bamboo / 50% cotton.

Sizes for chest circumference from 84 to 130 cm.
