Shit Happens filet crochet doilie.

This was made using less than half a ball of Puppets Eldorado 7101 Purple using a 1.0mm hook but you can use any yarn and any hook to make whatever size doilie you want.

Chart is 75 x 11 squares and measures 45 x 9cm/18 x 3.5ins.
