Shoremark Pullover
An oversized turtleneck characterized by softness and calm proportions. The cable detail at the back reads like a personal mark, reminiscent of a label left by the tide on the shore.
The pullover is worked seamlessly top-down starting with the back yoke. Afterwards, stitches for the front shoulders are picked up and joined after the front neck shaping. The Back and Front are joined at the bottom of the armhole and the lower body is worked in the round. For the Sleeves, stitches are picked up at the armhole. German short rows are used to form the sleeve cap until the underarm before the sleeves are finished in the round.
As a design element, elongated cables are implemented in parts of the Back.
Pattern available in English and German for 9 Sizes (XXS to 4XL) designed with ca 25 cm of positive ease.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner
