Short closed is a boxy cardigan and it is worked from the top down seamlessly. The fronts and back are first worked back and forth separately with short-row shoulder shaping. They are joined at the underarm, and the lower body is knitted in one piece to the hem.
Sleeves sts are picked up around the arm openings and worked down in the round. The front and neck edging is finished neatly with I-cord.

Short closed è un cardigan squadrato, lavorato dall’alto verso il basso senza cuciture. Si inizia a lavorare il dietro con alcuni ferri accorciati, poi si mettono in sospeso le maglie e si riprendono i due davanti, prima il destro e poi il sinistro, anch’essi lavorati con alcuni ferri accorciati.
Lavorati il dietro e i due davanti alla stessa misura, si uniscono all’altezza delle ascelle per poterli lavorare in un unico pezzo.
Le maniche sono riprese dal corpo e lavorate in circolare. Infine si riprendono le maglie del bordo frontale e del collo per rifinirle con l’icord.
