This sock set was designed to be an easy pattern for the beginner crocheter wanting to accomplish a sock! I like the top down aspect so the sock can be tried on as you work to get the best fit. It’s easily customizable to be smaller or bigger as needed. Use one color for the toe, heal and band and a second for the body gives a lot of character for this sock, but there’s no reason you can’t use just one color! The original sock pictured I used the Yarn Under Single Crochet stitch for the band, heal and toe which gives a cute little criss cross pattern and tightens the fabric up some.
