Hi, fellow crocheters!

Here is my newest free pattern for making amigurumi of the Shovel Knight, a character from a fun and popular videogame with the same name: “Shovel Knight” : ) You can make a sword instead of the shovel or use different colors – you will still have a cute tiny knight :-D

This crochet pattern is written in English and uses US crochet terminology.

Required materials:

• Worsted /10 ply yarn in the colors: dark blue (navy blue), light blue, yellow, beige (skin color), brown;
• Black and light blue felt;
• Stuffing;
• 4,00 mm (G-6) and 3.5 (E-4) hooks;
• Fabric glue;
• Wire and a wirecutter;
• Yarn or tapestry needle, stitch markers, pins, scissors.

Finished size:

Approx. 9 cm (3.5’’) tall, if made with worsted weight yarn.

Required skills:

• Working in continuous rounds;
• Working in rows;
• Single crochet stitch;
• Double crochet stitch;
• Increase and decrease;
• Working in back or front loops only;
• Changing yarn colors;
• “Magic / amigurumi ring”;
• Basic sewing skills.
