It’s so hard to be thankful sometimes, especially when things don’t go the way we were thinking they would. Yet I have come to see that it’s the small things that make a difference, and that I am thankful for. The song “Showers of Blessing” came to mind as I was knitting my first version of this sock, later I decided that would be a fitting name and it’s my wish for you.

What will you need?
o Main Colour: 1 skein of sock yarn
such as Wolbeest Sock Star
(Light Fingering, 75% Merino, 25% Nylon, 425 meters / 100 grams )
o 2.25 & 2.5 mm sock needles (US 1 & 1.5)
o Stitch markers

Pattern Notes:
This is a toe-up sock. There’s a gusset section and a heel turn & flap. The leg is knit with the pattern on the front and back side of the sock.
There are 2 cuff charts, one is a simple cuff and the other is fancy with a few extra cables.

Knit your socks in one colour yarn, or use a contrast colour for the cuffs.
